Pricing is not based on size. Enter your preferred size and board shape in the customer notes at checkout. Rectangle boards are most popular and work best for most images.
Photo Quality Requirements
Please upload the highest-quality version of your photo so your print comes out clear and crisp. For best results, your photo should be 300 DPI at the final print size.
Before uploading, please check the following:
- Use the original photo — upload directly from your phone, camera, or photographer. Do not use screenshots or images downloaded from social media, as these are compressed and will not print clearly.
- Avoid blurry or dark photos — the photo should be clear, well-lit, and sharp when zoomed in.
- Check the file size — larger file sizes generally print better. Files under 1 MB may not be high enough quality for large prints.
- Don't crop too tightly — leave space around your subject so the image can be properly sized and cut.
- Send the full-size version — when sending from your phone, select Actual Size, Original Size, or Highest Quality when prompted.
Orders with low-quality photos will be placed on hold. The JYS team does not have the capacity to pre-check photos prior to ordering. Please do not make this request.
